Valory McClellan (11th grade) earned first prize in the HS division and "Best in Show" overall in the Michigan Winter Classic Dog Show Art contest!  Valory's Pomeranian drawing was chosen from over 300 entries and was featured on t-shirts and promotional materials for the largest dog show in Michigan featured in Novi on January 28-29.  Valory was there at her art display signing her t-shirts and posing for publicity!  Other students who earned recognition were Lillian Knudsen (8th grade) 2nd place ribbon; Sam Wagner (9th grade) HS honorable mention; Tiah Hekkema (9th grade) HS honorable mention; Cheyenne Drechen (9th grade) HS honorable mention and Erica Winters (8th grade) honorable mention!

Mrs. Fleming and her 2nd grade class students donated $450 to the Andre Bosse Center!  Mary DeHaan-Hiddema, Program Director, accepted the check from the class and provided a certificate of recognition to the hardworking students!
